The gourmet offer of OMV and Attila Bicsár comes with winter flavors and a special vegetarian offer
For four years now, OMV has presented a new gourmet selection every season: during the current update, Attila Bicsár, the creative chef of the restaurant Sauska48, which recently received a Michelin recommendation, put together the selection with exciting winter flavors in mind. The new Gourmet Selection offer is available nationwide at 72 filling stations from December 1.

Vegan salad
The newest gourmet offer – in which both fans of meat and vegetarian dishes can find their favorite – started with two sandwiches and a salad each. The base of the vegetarian sandwich is a raisin bun and Camembert, which is placed on a mixed salad base and traditional Genoese basil compote, and the flavor combination is completed by red onion jam and creamy pumpkin. As a companion, the beetroot salad, which can be eaten even by vegans, comes with caramelized walnuts, ginger beetroot relish, pumpkin lentils and orange vinaigrette.
