Dairy Professional Day: focus on marking requirements
The Professional Dairy Day – Marking Obligations and Opportunities professional event was implemented with the collaboration of the Ministry of Agriculture and the Dairy Interprofessional Organization and Marketing Board.
Domestic processors, dairy artisan producers, the representatives of the retailers and authorities took part at the event.
Laszlovszky Gábor, Head of the Ministry of Agriculture’s Food Processing Department emphasized that the key player in the food chain is the consumer, therefore the signs on products, in addition to compliance with legal obligations serve the wider development of conscious clientele as well.
