Due to a technical error, Wizz Air passengers were misinformed about a flight delay
Due to a technical error, Wizz Air customers were mistakenly sent an email informing them of a flight delay, the airline told MTI on Monday.
The statement highlighted that the airline asks its passengers to ignore this message.
“Passengers who have been flying with the airline in recent days will be informed with special attention by Wizz Air customer service, they have received or will receive a special notification regarding their flights,” it wrote.
The company drew attention to the fact that
Wizz Air customers can also follow the latest information about their flight on the airline’s website, under the Flight status menu item, or in the Wizz Air application by entering their departure and destination.
The airline apologizes for the error and any inconvenience caused, the statement said.
