This spring the guild organised a trade day, with dessert and pastry shows and presentations by various experts. Anna Zoltai, head of department in the National Food Chain Safety Office (NÉBIH), Gábor Dulcz, István Kácsor from Parola Kft. and László Selmeczi all gave valuable and insightful presentations. //
