600 food stores had to close

According to Nielsen Research there is a slowly at closing the shops, but there are too much small shops in Hungary, another closure is to wait.

 Last year 21,430 food stores existed in
Hungary, in 2006 this number was almost 22,000. The most shop closing
was in the souteast region and unexpected in the twons. The shops
under 30 sqm have the biggest problem, they can't fight with multis
cheap prises.
