Last year AI made sure the Christmas shopping experience was a happy one
AI helped consumers to spend smarter last Christmas. According to the Post-2024 Holiday Shopping Survey by Talkdesk, 72% of respondents believe AI has helped them to save money by making it easier to find discount offers.

Within this 59% used AI chatbots to find coupons, discount codes or cheaper products, while 57% used the technology to track orders. 24% of those who used AI for buying presents reported: AI helped them refine their gift ideas. 44% of shoppers made more purchases specifically because shopping was more enjoyable thanks to the AI-enabled experience. //
