Last year, wages have increased by 3-5 percent
Last year, a 3 to 5 percent wage increase occurred at 10 percent more companies, compared to the previous year and the number of employers giving fringe benefits have also increased – shows the joint survey of DGS Global consulting firm and Ernst and Young.
327 employers participated in the survey, with nearly 200 thousand employees. At most of the firms, wage increase fluctuated between 3-5 percent, but since inflation was 4.9 percent, so only slightly more than 36 percent of the respondents could able to protect or improve the real value of incomes – shows the statement – reports MTI.
