Taurin-free energy drink from the kitchen
The sales of beverages containing Taurin is prohibited in many countries or excessively high taxes are imposed on them.
However, there are versions that contain caffeine, which can be prepared at home. “The casual consumption of such drinks in moderate volumes does not pose a risk especially if you stick to the rules: under 14 years of age, in case of caffeine sensitivity or high blood pressure, or during pregnancy their consumption is not recommended” – Rutai Gergely, the expert of SodaStream told.
The Taurin-free energy drink developed by the SodaStream is practically a vitamin syrup, which can easily be made at home – Rutai Gergely, emphasized. He highlighted trhat to create 12 liters of syrup only costs 1620 HUF.
