Notification of stubble conservation
Due to the questions received in connection with the HMKÁ 6 regulation regarding the minimum soil cover included in the conditionality and due to the uncertainty experienced, the Hungarian State Treasury provides the following information.

If the agricultural producer wishes to fulfill the minimum soil cover requirement by preserving the stubble after the summer and fall crops, he does not need to report it to the Hungarian State Treasury. Keeping the stubble condition does not justify the modification of the utilization code of the main crop in the framework of a data change, nor the notification of second sowing or agrotechnics. Please note that the utilization code TAR10 is not used to indicate the state of stubble after the removal of the main crop of the current year, but indicates fallow land with soil cover, where the soil cover is provided by the stubble of the previous year’s crop between January 1 and August 31.
