Negotiations over the Tokaji wine region

Slovakia must apply to the European Commission to use the Tokaj wine brand, until the end of the year and must specify the parameters of the Slovakian Tokaj wine region. If this does not happen, the Slovak party may lose the right to use the Tokaj brand name.

This was the main theme of Simon Zsolt Slovak Agriculture Minister's Friday  meeting with the producers of the Slovakian Tokaj wine region. At the meeting in Szlovákújhely (Slovenske Nove Mesto) about 50 wine producers attended – reports MTI.
