Lidl promotes its new hair shaping appliances with the stars of the Desperate Housewives TV series. The German-owned chain sent the main actors of the extremely popular series into mission for the time of the pre-Christmas shopping rush.

It is well known that the last weeks are the most important in terms of retail. Electronic goods, beauty products are sold in the highest levels this time.
On the chain's Hungarian web site four styling products can be found advertised by Lidl as "Desperate Housewives bid" – reports
