The Milan expo ends on Saturday
The Expo2015 world exhibition in Milan closes its doors on Saturday. During the past half year, more than 21 million visitors were registered at the Expo2015 – according to the preliminary figures.
The closing ceremony of the Expo2015 will be held in the presence of Sergio Mattarella Italian head of state, which will be broadcasted on Saturday by the Italian RAI public television. The World Expo officially ends at midnight on Saturday: a huge crowd is expected to celebrate the farewell of the exhibition.
The Italian government considered the world exhibition as a success for Milan and for the whole country. According to forecasts, more than 21 million people visitors visited the event from Italy and from all over the world. (Sárközy Júlia, MTI)
