An unusual campaign was launched at the KÉSZ Group
The KÉSZ Group chose an unusual program for its sustainability campaign and to educate its colleagues: the increasingly urgent issues of climate change were brought closer to the employees in the framework of a stand-up comedy evening. The goal of the construction company is to make its own operations greener with measurable commitments and thereby encourage the entire industry to change.
The KÉSZ Group, which is 40 years old this year, launched an unusual internal communication campaign: in the framework of a stand-up evening, it tried to familiarize its employees with the most important issues of sustainability and related development opportunities. The guest speakers of the special evening were comedian Gergely Litkai and world-famous nature photographer Máté Bence. The main goal of the event was to approach sustainability issues, which are often difficult to grasp, with the help of humor and thereby make them more understandable and comprehensible for the employees, thereby initiating a change in attitude.
The KÉSZ Group launched a large-scale sustainability program called KÉSZ Next at the beginning of the year, continuing last year’s Naturban campaign, with the help of which sustainability is better and better integrated into the company’s business strategy and thus becomes an important part of the corporate culture. And for this, it is essential that colleagues also actively do this on an everyday basis, both on an individual and organizational level.
