The credit market expanded the most in the region in Slovakia
Most of the credits have been taken up in Slovakia among the countries of the Visegrad Four group and Austria, last year – shows the analysis of Postová Banka sent to MTI on Monday.
In Slovakia 11.4 percent of the population took up a new loan. In the EU-27 list, the country is in the middle field on the 13th place with this, overtaking the other V4 member countries and Austria. The EU-27 list – in terms of new credits – is lead by Cyprus with 27 percent, while the proportion of those who took up new loans is the lowest in Italy (4.6 percent of the population). (MTI)
