How do Hungarian foods get to Singapore?
Perhaps we all already know that Hungarian agricultural products and foodstuffs are world-class. Thanks to the excellent Hungarian farmland, the quality of our traditional agricultural products and food is also excellent. In addition, thanks to Hungarian innovations, the domestic agriculture comes up with many new things every year.
International fairs offer an excellent opportunity to present these novelties, where manufacturers can also get to know the novelties of many nations. In April of this year, for example, one of the most important international exhibitions in Asia, Food and Hotel Asia (FHA), opened in Singapore with the participation of approximately 1,500 exhibitors from more than fifty-two countries. At the 60-square-meter community stand of the Hungarian exhibitors, they awaited the interest of buyers with, among other things, mangalica products, pigeons, sweets and Hungarian wines. Thus, it can be said that our country was represented at a really high level. Dr. Csaba Németh also visited the event on behalf of the Hungarian company producing egg protein-based dairy product substitutes.
