We have already written about many possible directions for the development of food products, but we have certainly not yet written about colouring. However, there are companies that deal with this very area: they produce vibrant, attractive, unique and unusual food colorings (which may not even trigger salivation at first glance), made from natural materials: algae, vegetables, fruits.
