The construction works of the Hegyvidék Center are completed

The implementation of the Hegyvidék Center in the 12^th district soon to be finished. This year’s only new and modern retail development is scheduled to open its doors in mid-October.

The center has 6900 square meters of rentable area of which 5,300 sqm can be rented for retail space and 1,600 sqm for office.

According to the current informations, approximately 80 percent of the shops have already found tenants. The key tenants are OTP, CBA Prima, Bortársaság (Wine Society), the Lira Bookstore, Príma Pék, the Semiramis Café, the Rue d'Avignon French patisserie, the Petit Pan sandwich bar, Brandt Flower, Culinaria Mountains, the DR + Med pharmacy, the Happy Box, the del Mar travel travel agency, the Írisz Salon, a premium fruit and vegetable shop and the Wolford.
