Agro-Tipp Kft. from Tolna built an assembly hall
Agro-Tipp Kft. from Tolna, which trades in agricultural machinery, built an assembly hall of almost a thousand square meters with HUF 209 million support from the Economic Development and Innovation Operative Program Plus.
The company used the support for an investment of around half a billion forints, managing director Zsolt Rikkert told MTI. A 600-square-meter workshop was created in the 934-square-meter hall, forklifts and bridge cranes were purchased, and a 60-kilowatt solar panel and camera system were installed. The facility was built next to the existing 1,000-square-meter warehouse and 280-square-meter service, the project is expected to be completed at the beginning of November, he added. Founded in 1996, the 20-person company that distributes and services Steyr, Case, and McCormick tractors sells 50-90 tractors a year, and in 2022 achieved a tax profit of HUF 691 million with net sales of HUF 5 billion. According to the company manager, this year’s sales revenue is expected to be 60 percent of last year’s, partly due to the decrease in purchasing power caused by lower crop prices.
