Love and investment
Baron György Twickel, the owner of Twickel Wine Estate announced that this year’s grape yield had been satisfactory, so Twickel wines will have excellent acidity. The baron added that a winery is the kind of enterprise that one starts out of love and the investment only makes returns in the long run. They calculate with a sales increase for this year. Twickel grows 1,000-1,200 tons of grapes on 200 hectares, producing 6,000-8,000 hectolitres of wine a year. //
