From September, we will be able to redeploy online consumer disputes
The Budapest Arbitration Board drew the attention of consumers and businesses in a public statement of public interest, to the fact that on the basis of the the 1997 CLV law from 1 September 2019, we can turn to the Ministry of Innovation and Technology for assistance and information regarding online dispute resolution – origo wrote.
Following the amendment of the Consumer Protection Act, the Minister responsible for Consumer Protection will provide the online dispute resolution contact points under the Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 of the European Parliament and the European Council from 1 September 2019. (origo)
