Drinks offer widens in restaurants, GVH monitors contracts
From 1st August at the latest, the offer of drinks can be extended: this is the time to bring contract practices into line with the new rules of the Trade Act. As a general rule, exclusive contracts with the largest suppliers are no longer possible and each property is obliged to offer products from at least two different manufacturers to consumers.
