A Székely store opened in Csíkszereda
The Székely Product Agricultural Cooperative opened a store selling Székely products in Csíkszereda (Miercurea Ciuc) – the Harghita County Council told on Monday.
The notice cites Márton István, the president of the cooperative, who said at the opening ceremony that the business was opened for goods that have Székely product trademark, but until September 2014 popular traditional products without trademark will also be marketed. They hope the producers will acquire the right to use the brand name for these products in the meantime.
The Székely Product Agricultural Cooperative was founded by 16 associations and companies, as well as 5 individual entrepreneurs in 2013. (MTI)
