The luxury caviar of Salzburg costs hundred thousand euros
A Salzburg-based fish merchant prepares caviar enriched with gold from an albino sturgeon fish specie. The price of the caviar is hundred thousand euros per kilo, or more than thirty million HUF.
The version without gold costs around 65 thousand euros, ie almost twenty million HUF per kilogram. The Salzburger fish breeder, Walter Grüll is one of the few who have successfully bred this species for years. (MTI)
