On the spot invoicing

– ProgAdat’s wholesale system supports inventory management and it is capable of managing excise-duty goods and monitoring expiration dates. The new features of the system are dynamic invoicing and stock management – managing director Ferenc Végh informed our magazine. Using the PDA system means that order details are entered into the central system at once by the delivering company, they are deducted from the stock and the invoice is issued on the spot. It is also possible to print out the invoice and only hand over the goods when the price is paid.
