Hotel Association: the expansion of foreign guest nights has boosted tourism performance
In July, due to the increase in the number of foreign guest nights, the demand for Hungarian hotels increased – the Hungarian Association of Hotels and Restaurants (MSZÉSZ) told MTI the latest data of the Central Statistical Office (KSH).
The Hungarian Association of Hotels and Restaurants (MSZÉSZ) highlights that Budapest hotels could not exceed the average room prices recorded during last year’s FINA Waters World Championships, so overall revenues – despite higher demand – lagged behind July last year. (MTI)
