Szállás.hu: causing damage is the most common problem for hotel operators
Guests violate regulations in three out of four hotels. At least one of the most common violation is causing damage, followed by smuggling non-paying guest into the room, and theft in the third place, according to statistics of a survey that was sent to MTI on Thursday.
During the survey, 1500 accommodations and tourist service providers were asked.
The announcement quotes Keresztes Nóra, the marketing manager of the company, who says that the fourt most common violation is made by guests who do not pay the bill, followed by people visiting locked places. (MTI)
