Salami from old grey beef
The Körös-Maros National Park came up with an own product. Salami will be manufactured from Hungarian grey beef, of course, from only the aging part of the stock.
The salami is marketed in two verions; spicy and normal. The product has no organic food certifications, but the animals are kept among organic conditions, so their meat is very healthy. During the preparation of the salamis, only spices used, and no additives – reports Origo.
