The winners of KPMG’s 16th year of Responsible Society Program have been announced, and they will receive pro bono consulting, as well as financial assistance of HUF 3 million per operation, and IT tools, similar to last year. KPMG’s Responsible Society Program has been supporting the civil society for the 16th year this year. During this time, more than 270 KPMG colleagues have participated in it with nearly 2,500 working hours, 41 organizations received HUF 57 million, 139 computers and 7 laptops, and complex professional support. The program is aligned with the objectives of KPMG’s global Impact Plan, through which KPMG colleagues work with local communities around the world.

Within the framework of the Responsible Society Program, KPMG offers professional assistance to public benefit organizations every year to support their stable, value-creating and long-term operations. For organizations operating in the non-profit sector, it is particularly important to have a long-term operational strategy in order to be able to provide an appropriate response to social problems and the challenges of climate change.

In the Responsible Society Program, KPMG experts share their practical experience and expertise with the organizations and help them assess the processes. They contribute to the management of key challenges for the organizations, thereby ensuring their long-term sustainability. The aim of the consultancy is to contribute with KPMG’s professional knowledge to the development of the activities of the winning public benefit organizations and to the solution of their current economic, legal and financial challenges.
