Among the wide range of market research companies, GfK was among the first companies to obtain an ISO 20252 quality certification, according to qualityinsurance audit by Első Magyar Tanúsító Ltd (EMT).

ISO 20252 establishes the terms and definitions as well as the service requirements for organizations and professionals conducting market, opinion and social research.
