Trade awards presented

The tourism sector’s year-starting reception and award ceremony has been organised for the 27th time. This year MVI’s Restaurant Owner of the Year award went to Katalin Pintér, the owner of Onyx in Budapest. The winner of MNGSZ’s Culinary Professional of the Year award was György Ambrus, Olympic gold medal winner cook, who made a great contribution to the renewal of Hungarian public sector catering.
