The Pannon Gastronomic Academy is organizing chef training sessions
Bíró Lajos and Csapody Balázs developed a five-day comprehensive professional and development program within the framework of the Pannon Gastronomic Academy. The purpose of the program is to provide developing opportunities for chefs.
The first performance will take place on 24 January 2018 at the Metro Gastronomy Academy in Budaörs.
Its theme is the further training of chefs of inns and small restaurants in the countryside and the Lake Balaton – introducing new techniques and technologies.
