The wells dag without permission secretly or not secretly will give meager “paper work” for the Winter.

Due to a legislative amendment, the wells dag without permission before 4 June 2016 or operating without permission can be given permission to exist without the use of sanctions in Hungary. The change is designed to “whiten” the illegally operated water sources and that the water consumers to act in a lawful manner.
