SweeTEN 4.0
Another milestone in the guild’s talent development programme: thanks to the successful application for funding in the National Talent Programme 2023, 10 young people were given the opportunity to participate in the special training programme.

The guild launched its 4th talent programme, sweeTEN 4.0 in January and the training was based on the following themes: introduction to traditional Hungarian confectionery, Hungaricum products in confectionery (theory, practice); the emergence of innovation in the light of modern/healthy eating habits (theory, practice); economic and entrepreneurial knowledge; psychological training (self-image, rhetorical skills, argumentation techniques); participation in professional events.

The “class” of 2024
On 5-7 March at the SIRHA Budapest trade show, participants had the opportunity to see, try and taste a wide range of new products and services, as the guild gave free tickets to the course’s participants. On 18 June young confectioners took part in a psychological training and learned about the importance of creating a product offering based on thematic collections from Orsolya Vaslóczki, head pastry chef of Sugar!
