Strategic cooperation between the Tesco and Waberer’s
The Tesco and Waberer's-Szemerey today announced a strategic cooperation in which the Waberer's-Szemerey will carry out the freight transport tasks of the chain in the future in Hungary. The long-term cooperation affects the shipments of both logistics centers in Gyál and Herceghalom.
The collaboration is part of a process designed to make the transport of goods to the Tesco stores simpler and more efficient. Accordingly, the Waberer's-Szemerey carries out the tasks that were the tasks of Tesco’s own freight team before. The agreement contains that the employment conditions of Tesco’s former employees remain unchanged, including the level of payments as well.
