The Christmas sales of SMEs stagnated
This is his second year of stagnation in the Christmas sales of the small and medium sized enterprises. Their Christmas sales apparently not changed, compared to the previous year. However, the constant turnover was achieved with intense marketing activity – shows the online survey of Marketing Commando.
The delayed effects of the financial crisis can be observed in the Christmas sales of the small businesses. 36 percent of the 3,000 companies involved in the survey increased its sales during Christmas 2011, compared to the previous year. At 40 percent, sales remained unchanged and at 24 percent a decrease occured. The data is almost exactly the same as last year’s – reports ProfitLine.hu.
