The laboratory of Nébih performs the oenological tests stably
The Nébih laboratory carries out the oenological tests with the usual efficiency and deadlines. In order to serve the sector even more efficiently, the office acquires a new large-scale instrument that enables the increase of capacity, and also examines the possibility of involving external laboratories.
The urgent reconstruction works carried out at the end of last year, as well as the extreme amount of samples submitted at the same time, significantly increased the duration of winemaking laboratory tests than planned. Now, Nébih’s laboratory carries out the tests according to the usual order: in normal procedures – according to the average of previous years – customers receive the results within two weeks, and in exceptional cases within 4-7 days.
Nébih’s laboratory is currently able to process the samples related to the marketing process on its own in a timely manner
At the same time, in order to serve the players of the wine sector more efficiently and effectively, as well as to prepare for possible unexpected events, the office also developed a methodology for the involvement of external laboratories. Joint work has already begun in cooperation with a non-state laboratory applying for the task.
Nébih also acquires a new large instrument enabling the increase of capacity
The installation of the latest High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) laboratory instrument increases the measurement capacity, guaranteeing long-term stable operation. The new model can work at a higher pressure than the older models. It makes it possible to achieve quick results in the case of wines submitted for certification, and due to its efficiency, it will also help in the analysis of official samples taken for inspection. The device ensures accuracy in addition to high speed, thereby significantly increasing the number of tested samples. After commissioning, the speed of our work processes for wine testing increases, which effectively supports the operation of the entire domestic wine industry.
