S IMMO Hungary sees a great revenue climb

S Immo Hungary had revenue of 19.8 million euros in Q1-Q3, up to 870,000 euros from the same period a year earlier, S Immo’s head in Hungary Katalin Sermer pointed out at a press conference on Wednesday.

S Immo Hungary’s EBITDA rose to €8.4m from €8.2m during the same period, Ms Sermer said. S Immo owns 70,000sqm of office space in Budapest. The 30,000sqm Budapest Marriott Hotel is also in its €163m portfolio.
