The Appeninn Holding buys eighteen properties, leased by the Spar
The Appeninn Property Management Holding Plc. buys eighteen properties, leased by the Spar Magyarország Kft. from the Erste Fund Management.
The total value of the transaction is 14.5 million euros (4.5 billion forints) – the Appeninn Property Management Holding Plc. (Appeninn Vagyonkezelő Holding) told MTI on Thursday.
According to the information, the annual revenue from the leasing of properties is 1.8 million euros (572 million forints), representing a 12.73 percent return, compared to the total transaction value. (MTI)
