SPAR continues to expand the SuperShop program
Nearly 3 million cardholders now use the largest customer program in Hungary. The SuperShop was launched 18 years ago, now the loyalty card is accepted in nearly 800 business units of 16 trading partners.
“In April 2000, the SuperShop program started with collecting and redeeming points. Today, however, thanks to continuous improvements the SuperShop program has grown into a complex system that strengthens customer loyalty. The core element of the loyalty program is the SuperShop card, which allows cardholders to collect all of their points of credit on their bank account, and can be used without restriction after purchasing” – Maczelka Márk, SPAR’s Communications Manager told.
