SPAR: fresh meat will be a hit product in 2016

The retail price of pork decreased significantly in the SPAR Group's stores after the VAT on pig carcase meat decreased from 27 to 5 percent in January.

The SPAR group expects a turnover increase of 10-15 percent, because of the decline in the prices of pork. SPAR’s meat factory in Bicske, the Regnum Húsüzem és Oktatóközpont (Regnum Meat Plant and Training Center) is a great help in serving the demand. The meat factory was handed over last year.
