SPAR motivates for a lifestyle change
The objective of the SPAR Lifestyle Change Programme is to convince as many people as possible about the necessity of doing sports and eating consciously. It was on 18 September that the 30-day programme started. All people need to do is download a free app from the App Store or Google Play, which will assist them in their lifestyle efforts – told Márk Maczelka, SPAR’s head of communications. //
