The Beer Association opens a new season
The modern Hungarian gastronomy and beer have wedded. The odd pair was put together at the Hungarian Brewers Association’s season opening event in May. The aim of the “Sör mi több” event series is to deepen the domestic beer culture, and present this natural drink from other aspects.
“This year's season will be different. This year will be exciting, thanks to the duo of beer and gastronomy.” – Schillinger Attila, president of the Association of Hungarian Brewers promises. The season-opening event was held in May in the Villa Esca. The “Beer feast” mustered up
four perfect pairings of food and beer in the spirit of the contemporary Hungarian gastronomy, with the contribution of Lenk Zsolt chef, Vásárhelyi István beer gastronomer and Szűcs Zsuzsanna, dietary experts.
