Beer and More
Beer can be associated with all festive courses from cabbage to sweets. The basics of the beer-food pairing can be easily learned. The beer gastronomer of Beer and More Vásárhelyi István prepared a festive recommendation of which we can draw inspiration.
For example: fish, which only consumed by many Hungarians during this part of the year as fish soup or fried fish. The dry, elegant flavors of the light lager are fit well to the fish soup, so it is worth to try a specific lager brewed with hops, which can form an exiting pair with paprika. The fried fish with spicy mayonnaise sauce and mashed potatoes are fit well to the refreshing citrus Bavarian type wheat beers.
