A lot of damage was caused by the stormy winds
On Sunday, strong winds caused damage in many areas. According to the data of the TimeMap, a gust of 127 km/h was recorded on János Hill, breaking the Budapest wind record. The orca-force winds have already caused significant amounts of damage. Generali Insurance has received hundreds of reports so far, and estimates that the number of damage caused by the windstorm is expected to exceed 1,000, and their value can reach HUF 2-300 million.
