Unprecedented movement in the labour market
As a result of the “big recognition” phenomenon that feeds on workers’ experiences, another significant movement in labour markets around the world could start, points out the second randstad workmonitor survey in 2021. By interviewing more than 27,000 employees in 34 markets, including Hungary, the results show that more and more people are considering finding new jobs both globally and in Hungary.
