MVH answers SMS messages too
From HUF 400 million the Agricultural and Rural Development Agency (MVH) improved its customer service system within the framework of the New Széchenyi Plan. The new system means that MVH can now manage messages coming in through all channels, e.g. e-mail, postal mail, SMS in a way that all former messages and information related to a given case are displayed as well. n
