The Slovene parliament has voted the law on the rescue of the Mercator supermarket chain
The Slovene parliament approved the draft bill of the government on Tuesday to rescue the Croatian Agrokor subsidiary the Mercator retail chain that has serious financial problems.
Legislation called lex Mercator in the local press allows the government to delegate an extraordinary member to the board of directors of Mecator who can control the financial transactions between the parent company and Mercator. (Kriják Krisztina, MTI)
