Successful pilot master’s exam in the new educational workshop
From 4 September 32 master nominees were preparing in the new education workshop: 12 within the framework of the course for the pilot exam organised by the Budapest Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BKIK), and 20 at the course for the pilot exam by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Pest County (PMKIK).
The new workshop proved to be perfect for this kind of event. All course participants were winners irrespective if their exam results, as they had the chance to learn new things at Hungary’s most comprehensive confectionery master’s programme.
Zoltán Kiss, chairman of both master’s exam committees told after the event: the quality level of works was the highest in the last 25 years. Melinda Mezi, the master’s exam manager of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MKIK) has worked very hard for implementing the pilot programme. The members of the programme’s confectionery expert team were Zoltán Kiss, Pál Sulyán, Balázs Damniczki and Péter Karácsonyi. Based on the experiences of the pilot programme, an up-to-date master’s exam material is going to be developed.
