SPAR’s online store had a successful year, with more than 200,000 users
The number of users of the SPAR online shop, which offers 13,000 products, rose to more than 200,000 in five years. The company’s convenience services are available in two hundred settlements. In addition, in 33 cities, the ordered products can be picked up at the store.
“In ten years, internet commerce has grown into a dominant segment in Hungary. As one of the leading trading companies in our country, constantly looking for new innovations, SPAR Hungary launched its online store five years ago. We are proud that we were able to increase the turnover of the SPAR online shop year after year, and that we closed a successful year last year as well. The number of customers of our online store now exceeds 200,000. Based on our internal surveys, our customers like the SPAR online shop, and they rate our customer service and delivery as fast and prepared. For the future, in addition to further increasing the number of our customers, our important goal is to expand the service to new areas”
– said Márk Maczelka, head of communications at SPAR Hungary.
