Mosa Meat to enter the European market with cultured beef fat
Dutch company Mosa Meat has submitted an application to the European Commission (EC) and the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) for the marketing of beef fat cultivated in bioreactors.

The innovation, which doesn’t have any animal-based ingredients, seeks to improve the taste experience of plant-based meat substitutes such as burgers, meatballs or Bolognese dishes. Mosa Meat claims it has developed an ingredient that offers the rich culinary experience of traditional beef. //
